Together the three entities formed Leggett's Consumer Products Unit. They were the Fashion Bed Group, the Consumer Products Division, and Vantage Industries. The focus of the business Unit was clear: to serve the consumer through the retail community, with those products produced and/or distributed by Leggett, that are sold as packaged end-products directly to the retail community.

Combining the design features of Mission style and the classic sleigh bed, the Shelby has decorative molding, plank detailing and a gently curved shape. Enhanced by a rich mahogany finish and gently scalloped detailing, it would be an ideal addition to a traditional or country decor.
